Our Sourdough Starter Story
Following my daughter’s gluten intolerance diagnosis, the journey to Mico’s Bakehouse began 14 years ago with just a few ingredients, lots of patience, time, and care.
What started as a determination to ensure she could continue to enjoy delicious meals and desserts led to crafting house-made treats with the value of our customers’ well-being at the center of every recipe.
